How to withdraw the amount in my wallet?

Logging in your account by PC >> click withdraw in "My Wallet" >> fill in the amount without "$" and "space key" >> click "submit" button. 

This amount will be deposited to the original form of payment you used to make your purchase. Please make sure that your original form of payment is up to date and still valid.

If you have paid by PayPal, the refund will reach your PayPal account in 2-7 business days; if you have paid by credit card, it will take about 10-30 business days for the refund process to be done by your card bank. Please kindly noted that we are unable to control the speed of your card bank.
