Why am I being asked to authorize my order?

Detailed personal information may be required to authorize your order. If you have been asked to authorize your order it has been randomly selected and placed on hold by our fraud prevention team for further verification. 

We have had multiple instances where people will contact us and say that they did not order from us and that their card was stolen. This is the reason why we ask for authorization. 

To protect your personal information, we only need to see your name and the last 4 digits of the credit card and you can cover everything else. For your ID we just need to see your name and you can cover everything else. After you verify once with this credit card, you will be confirmed for future orders and will not have to go thru this verification process again.

The photos that you send us go thru our servers and are only used to verify your identity, we do not use 3rd party servers so your information is safe with us.

If you still feel uncomfortable with our verification process, you may cancel the order by contacting us or we are forced to believe it is fraudulent and the order will be subject to cancellation without further notice.
