How do I cancel an order?

There are two types of order cancellations.                                  

1. Cancelling an unpaid order.

An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or please log into your ROMWE account >> "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be cancelled. 

2. Cancelling a paid order.

If you feel like you need to cancel the order right away, please click on the "Online Help" button at the top of the homepage.

Or you can submit a ticket by clicking the "My Tickets" button and send all the necessary information. We will reply to you in 24 hours.

Here at Romwe we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. Thus please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange "return for refund". Please DON'T refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by third party logistics.
