Romwe do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days after the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Our return address is located in Belgium (the address on the parcel is not our warehouse address). According to our return policy, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. But if you return it by yourself, the cost will be so high.
To help our customers, here is our new policy -- we can send you a prepaid label that costs £3.5GBP for the return if the package is below 1kg OR a £6.5GBP prepaid label if the return package is between 1-2kg.
1. Please submit a ticket, indicate which items you would like to return and the reason for the return. You can find all SKU numbers on the shopping page.
Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your returned items. We’ll issue the refund to your Romwe wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable.
