Will I be refunded cash as I paid on cash?

For COD orders, the amount will be returned to your Romwe wallet and you can use it with the coupon code and points in the next purchase. Returning the amount to the Romwe wallet needs approximately 48 hours. Once the refund of your COD orders has been issued to your Romwe wallet, the balance can not be withdrawn or transferred to another account or bank card.

Note: You can also give us your bank card information if you don’t prefer the refund to your Romwe wallet, we could transfer the refund to your bank card in 5 business days after getting the information.
