What is your return policy?

We accept return for refund and exchange within 30 days after delivery date (the date you received your package).

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie& sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets), and all items in bundling promotion is not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns.
