Please check the card details on your Romwe account to make sure the information provided is correct. Pay attention to the expiration date of your card, billing address, and security code. You may find the security code on the back of your Visa/Master card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. Because they will not inform us the reason for doing so, it is best to check with your card issuer for details. If possible, we’d also advise you to try paying with PayPal.
