Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you return the package. The address on the parcel is not our warehouse address and our team will send return address accordingly.
Steps are easy to follow:
1. Start your return by submitting a support ticket with your return reason and SKU number. You can find all SKU numbers under "My orders".
2. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice.
3. Please put your authorization number next to the Recipient name. Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
4. Send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to our team.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Romwe Wallet or the original payment account per your request. Please remember to tell our team which way is your preference.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
