Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) ?

Romwe currently provides cash on delivery for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, India.

In order to enjoy the service:

For India customers:

Order total must be less than USD200.

There will be a 1.2 USD : 79.5 INR service fee upon delivery.

For UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Omen customers:

Order total must be 50-400USD, and Express Shipping must be chosen as your shipping method.

There will be a 6USD service fee upon delivery.

Tips: for COD orders, we would like to tell you customers could only return the items to us for refund, we could not make the exchange for you, we advice you to directly reorder the new item if you want to make the exchange and return the original item to us for refund.
